Nothing on this website constitutes a grant of rights or a license to any audio, metadata, dataset or other content.

ERISV works with rights holders and suppliers to secure the master, publishing and other rights required for the applicable dataset and licensed use.

If there is any conflict between the ERISV Website, these Website Terms and an executed agreement with ERISV, the executed agreement controls with respect to that transaction.

The website and its content, including text, graphics, branding, design and other materials, are owned by or licensed to ERISV and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Ownership and permitted use of audio, datasets and other materials supplied in connection with a licensing transaction are governed by the applicable agreement.
